DATA MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT: ENTEBBE, UGANDA

Position Description: As the Data Management Consultant you will be responsible for senior consulting on all data management activities related to programs and partners supported by the Organization-Uganda informatics in support of the Virus Research collaboration in Entebbe, Uganda. The Data Management Consultant (DMC) is an advanced SAS programmer.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist with HBAC and Laboratory Data Management and Analysis.
• Consult on Data Warehousing issues and make recommendations related to this activity as well as assisting with conducting the activity.
• Develop and deliver training related to Data Analysis.

Salary Grade: Varies upon experience

Location of Position: Entebbe, Uganda

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in data management and analysis using the SAS system.
• Proficiency in SAS BAS, STAT, macro language facility and SQL.
• Advanced data management skills and expertise in longitudinal data analysis.
• Basic Knowledge of data warehousing.
